I’m not clear on which subscription I should pick. What’s your advice?
Be sure to look at your budget first and foremost as well as basic needs you have personally as a learner.
Standard Track
Get access to everything, no video submissions or feedback loop; you will have to self-regulate your course. A great option for someone who is highly self-regulated, past students who need to keep practicing OR where budget is a concern.
Presenter
Access everything, submit video homework and receive great instructor feedback and guidance to keep progressing forward. All assignments will be graded by a certified Performance English “Say It with Power!” Online master assessor, so you can measure your improvements! Engage further with instructors in the platform through the chat.
Leader
Same as Presenter only now – you get two assessment loops plus hot seat coaching session! This is HIGHLY valuable as it will help us to help you project manage your learning experience and empower you fully as the learner from the very beginning. Assessment results will give us GREAT guidance to hit the ground running with strategies to maximize your learning process and timeline. Engage with your instructor as much as you like through the chat and receive greater mentorship in this package.

Then be sure to sign up for the ENTERPRISE VERSION. It comes with an assessment that will help us to understand where your greatest areas of opportunity to improve are. You will receive a written report and have the opportunity to visit with Mariam Haddad by video conference to review the assessment findings. This will help you to understand where to best spend your time, and for us to benchmark your start point in order to fully measure your progress.
How long will I need to spend each week on my program?
This is a GREAT question. As in all things, you get out of it what you put in. Our average, busy working professional with a family sees very nice, steady progress spending 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week. Meanwhile, our devoted university students who realize how competitive it is out there – have made AMAZING progress on an accelerated time line by spending 1 – 2 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Be prepared to watch your program and practice no less than 30 minutes, 3 days per week up to 2 hours per day, 5 days per week – dependent on the urgency and motivation of your personal timeline.
What if I miss the learning session? How will I catch up?
Guess what? The whole endeavor is on demand – so you can’t miss anything – unless you opt to simply not do it. YOU set your schedule based on your timing in life. If you have the Enterprise subscription, we will give you feedback on your learning and practice plan as well as guide you on how to create an effective one to maximize your results.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong in the system, or I don’t understand how to submit a video?
You will contact our AMAZING technical partner in the Performance English “Say It with Power! ONLINE” program. You will either be contacted by email or a telephone call within 24 hours (frequently wayyyyless they are THAT on top of things!) to resolve your issue. Sometimes, our tech partner will go so far as to do a video conference with you to empower your ability to manage the learning platform and rise above any technical challenge that may have occurred for you.

How quickly can I expect feedback from my assignments?
Videos are due by Wednesday 5 pm every week to receive feedback by Monday 5 pm. In order to safeguard the quality of what we offer – we utilize certified professionals with a highly qualified background. Unlike many things – this is not a snap your fingers – automated process. You will be pleased however as you will receive great coaching and scores that will guide your growth.
